Conferencing

iTkey has a background in providing audio, video and IT solutions for critical customers. We understand how important good quality audio and video are to conferencing. We also know that conferencing should be as easy as possible – participants want to walk in and connect easily, without any complex equipment setup. And we provide systems that are easy to support for IT staff. Instead of traditional yellow, red & white A/V cables, we build solutions with networked media that fully integrate into your corporate IT environment.

Crestron RL2

video conferencing for larger meeting rooms

Crestron RL2 is a complete group collaboration solution. It combines Crestron hardware with Skype® for Businesss (formerly Lunc) software, the popular and powerful server-based application that many companies already use on a daily basis. Crestron RL2 enables real-time group collaboration on conference room displays, rather than on personal laptops. It incorporates video, voice, interactive content sharing, presence, and chat from one touch screen interface.

The RL2 is often used in larger meeting spaces, such as boardrooms, where conferences can be scheduled and run without needing external laptops. With the addition of touch screen control, meeting setup can be done by non-technical staff. A Creston RL2 solution is often integrated with additional room automation to provide a seemless meeting experience in a variety of scenarios.

Polycom Trio

Perfect for huddle rooms and smaller spaces, the Trio provides exceptional audio delivering the full range of the human voice. Polycom Trio connects to SIP phone systems, Skype for Business and many other conferencing systems.

Shure Microflex Advance

Amazing audio, out of sight

One of the greatest challenges in boardroom conferencing is balancing the needs of modern aesthetics with high quality audio. In a traditional boardroom, each participant would have a table-top microphone and key presenters might wear a wireless lapel microphone. While this gives a great audio experience, it is unsightly and usually requires some kind of technical support to setup and manage.

Shure set out to solve this with the Microflex® Advance™ Ceiling Array series, providing best-in-class audio in varying AV Conferencing environments including boardrooms, huddle rooms and multi-purpose spaces. The key to the Microflex is the Steerable Coverage™, which means presenters and participants can be heard clearly, without pickup of background noise and echo. Because the microphone arrays are networked, they can be automatically reconfigured under automation to suit different meeting types, and have automatic mixing priority so the chairperson can always be heard.

The Microflex system includes both ceiling tile and table top options, so you can achieve the nirvana of amazing audio quality without impacting the aesthetics and sight-lines of the room. Hear the incredible voice pickup and noise rejection for yourself in the demo video below:

HuddleCamHD

Conference cameras

From a single fixed camera to a large lecture theatre, HuddleCamHD has a wide range of Pan Tilt Zoom (PTZ) cameras. Connection via USB makes for easy interfacing to laptops, computers and other devices in a range of environments. Solutions are available for specific markets, including Corporate, Education, Healthcare and House of Worship.

Assistive Listening

The provision of an effective hearing augmentation system is aimed at assisting people with a hearing impairment to access communications associated with a building’s use. Under the Disability (Access to Premises — Buildings) Standards 2010, hearing augmentation systems must be provided where an inbuilt amplification system is provided.

Traditionally, hearing loop and augmentation systems have required expensive design engineers and consultants. iTkey makes assistive listening systems easy through the use of software design tools, providing a custom solution for each room without needing external consultants. We can also provide a full commissioning report to demonstrate compliance with Australian standards, and ensure your meeting rooms meet current building codes.

When combined with a complete meeting room design, we can ensure that the hearing augmentation system is appropriately sized and can be remotely supported.
