iTkey adds Zultys as key telephony solution

iTkey, an IT specialist in Sydney, has just added Zultys Business Phone Systems to its solution range. Managing Director, Paul Dengate, is a Zultys evangelist having first seen how flexible the system was during demos in 2004. Paul recalls how powerful an easy-to-use and easy-to-configure native VoIP phone system was in comparison to the legacy systems he had previously used and managed.

So when it came to selecting a phone system for parent company Dingbat Technology’s new Norwest offices in 2007, Zultys was the obvious choice for Paul. Key benefits were the ability to have a Melbourne-based sales person appear as if they were a local user, and support staff sharing extended help-desk hours from home over a VPN. MXIE’s presence and call-handling features became essential for helping the small team effectively manage external communication, without the need for a dedicated receptionist.

Dengate says “The MX30 system has also grown with our group, as we’ve added more staff and business units. New software releases deliver functionality that we quickly wonder how we ever lived without.” The commitment of Zultys to ongoing product development makes it a great value solution that is always getting better. The ability to easily reconfigure the system and load updates to take advantage of new features makes it an unbeatable package according to Dengate.

iTkey has just announced it is now a Zultys reseller for the Sydney market. Having run an internal system for so long, iTkey can leverage its extensive knowledge of the system to deliver flexible, powerful, great-value telephony solutions. Coming from an IT rather than PABX background, means iTkey is experienced in integrating such solutions into existing networks to provide a full unified communications experience for the user.
